Cam Plus occasionally shows 5 minute snooze

I have a Cam Plus subscription on all my cameras. Why do I get the 5 minute snooze icon with the “Get Cam Plus to enable back to back video recordings”? It doesn’t happen all the time but I do regularly get this msg between videos.

If every one of your cams is assigned to Cam Plus in Account → Services, you shouldn’t be getting the 5 minute Cooldown thumbnail maker in the Events Tab.

When you see that, the key will be to look at which cam event that marker is following. That is the cam that isn’t registering correctly with Cam Plus. You can also filter viewing by one cam at a time to see which cam shows the cooldown marker.

When you find that cam, you may need to unassign the Cam from Cam Plus, clear the cache, log out, close the app, power cycle the cam, log back in, and reassign the cam to Cam Plus. This resets the cam on the server.

Thank you, I will try that. I have 3 cameras, 2 of them are currently on the monthly plan. I will bump them to an annual plan and reset all of them. Good advice.
