Cam Pan v4 frequently re-calibrating or entering privacy mode

My cam pan v4 keeps rotating into privacy mode or re-calibrating (not sure how to tell the difference between these two). Is it possible Wyze could analyze my logs and see why it’s happening? I am using the provided USB cord and charger (2-amp).

As the Forum is primarily a user-to-user support community and there’s no guarantee that anyone from Wyze will see a given post or topic, sharing a Log ID can sometimes be helpful for escalating an issue that’s affecting a number of users; however, your best course for communicating this directly to Wyze would be to contact Support. If you do that, open a chat with the bot, and tell it create ticket, the automated agent should present you with a form for opening an e-mail ticket. You can enter your name, e-mail address, and include the Log ID in a one-line problem description. Once the system responds—you’ll likely see an initial message telling you that a ticket has been created and then a second message from the Wyze-E automated agent with some troubleshooting suggestions—you can use that as an opportunity to provide a more detailed description of your experience, and human agents should address the ticket after that.

Note that these agents will likely tell you that they can’t access the logs, but they should at least be able to convey your issue to the engineers who can.
