No. I think what you’re referring to is the “Motion Warning” feature of some Wyze Cams. For instance, in Cam v4’s Settings ➜ Detection Settings ➜ Motion Warning, it’s possible to enable that so that the camera plays a message like, “Hi. You are currently being recorded.” Cam Pan v3 has no such option, though I think someone was recently requesting that in another Forum topic.
Your description makes me think of night terrors, so I wonder if that’s what your daughter experienced. Without evidence to the contrary, I don’t think the camera produced voices that triggered this, and I hope that your daughter is okay and is able to sleep more peacefully.
