I just received two can pan V3s. Both I can not hear normal sounds on, talking, music playing, nothing. Only thing I can hear on both is my baby crying, and one of them I hear every move the camera makes. My husband even got up real close to the camera and talked into it, and I still can’t hear him even when I’m in live viewing. It also doesn’t detect sound even though I enabled the feature. Do I need to return these cameras?
