Cam Pan V2 stays disconnected after power loss

My Cam Pan V2 always has to be reset as a device when power is lost.

As in, after each power interruption, whether its for a few seconds or hours, the device won’t reconnect in the app. So I have to delete the device in the app, and then re-setup the device every time we lose power or it gets accidently unplugged. Is there a way to fix it?

Note my Wyze Cam V3 does not have a problem reconnecting after a power loss.
