Cam Pan: Set up at location X, use at Location Y

Can I set it up at my house and put it in use at another (mom’s) ?

Only if the Wifi name and password are the same at both locations. The location it is set up at will determine what WiFi it will connect to. So what you could do is get the WiFi name and password for Location Y (mom’s) and set a router up at Location X with the same name and password to set it up. If you do that it would connect when you go to Location Y. Hopefully that made sense.
