I own a restaurant in a local food court situation. We share Wi-Fi. I have administrator capabilities with the Wi-Fi however I do not have the ability to physically reset the router. One day about a week ago, my wise cam OG disconnected from the Wi-Fi. It will not reconnect. All of the passwords are the same, all of the network information is the same, the security protocol has not changed, however when I try to reconnect it tells me that the password protocol is not supported. The Wi-Fi is 2.4 GH and like I said the password has not changed. I factory reset the camera and deleted it from my device list, which may have been a mistake, but I was doing it in the hopes that it would just reconnect, which it did not. Any help would be appreciated.
If you have admin capability, see if you can get to the web admin page of the router. In most cases you can reboot it from there.
Unfortunately, I cannot. While I have apparently have access to all of the devices on the network the buildings owner has the master of password for the router control. Ugh. They are not easily accessible.
