Cam + Already Purchased But Says I need to subscribe view Live Stream

Basically, I paid for Cam + and have the receipt but when I go to view an even, it saybscribe to Cam(. I logged out and back into my account and even hiot the reset button on the Pan camera. ?? Thanks
