I tried your workaround and it performed exactly as you described. I agree it’s has to be a software glitch.
How do we get Wyze to believe us? And more importantly FIX IT?
If enough users report it, they can’t ignore it. If they can’t ignore it, they will have it fix it. Maybe a user survey asking if you have ever experienced this problem or if you are experiencing this problem? The survey would at least give us/them an idea of the scope of the problem.
Doug, try turning off the ICLOUD BACKUP off. This system seems to have a problem with the icloud. Good luck!!!
