Bulb won't connect, iOS 14.1

Trying to re-setup a bulb and after selecting the bulb wifi all I get is a spinning circle back in the Wyze app and then it stops without any indication of what the problem may be. It just stops and nothing connects.

Running Wyze app version v2.13.16
iOS version 14.0

I updated to ios14.1 on my iPad and now plugs are not working properly. If I try to turn on a lamp in my plug group instead of turning on the lamp it opens the next page.

I finally got my bulb setup by switching over to an iPad and it worked just as it’s supposed to. I don’t know why it didn’t work with the iPhone.

Mine will function correctly on my wife’s iPad an my cellphone but not on my iPad that has been updated to iOS 14.1

My iPad Air 3 is on 14.0.1

@KBJ @jkronen1 @holocron FYI: IOS 14 has a new feature:

It’s called WiFi Tracking and allows the new version to provide a random MAC address when joining or reconnecting with a network.

This feature is buried in Settings/WiFi/(Click the Info Icon by the actual network), so it is specific to each network. (I’m not an iPhone user) You’ll need to turn this OFF for the bulbs.

Give it a try and let me know how it works.
