About 4 days ago I went to use my ear buds and noticed the volume was very low. I started increasing and noticed that even at full volume I can still barely hear the sound. It’s the exact same in both ears, I’ve followed all the recommended steps and still no change. Any thoughts?
This just happened to me. It’s been less than a year, I’m going to try and get a warranty replacement. Sounds like the amps just failed, but not sure why that would affect both sides.
