Brand new V3 (not pro). Can't add Cam Plus Lite

I have a brand new V3 (not pro). The 2 week Cam Plus trial ended today. I have two other cameras on Cam Plus (annual) and 3 others on Cam Plus Lite (one of which is in fact a V3). I want to add Cam Plus Lite to my new V3 (just like my other one). It is NOT showing up in my “add camera” list. Just another camera I have (Pan V2) that I don’t need Cam Plus lite on.

What am I doing wrong?

Have you tried resetting the v3, clearing the App cache and rebooting the device with App? Then see if you can add it to CPL.

You will have to release the cam from the expired cam plus license before you can assign it to cam plus lite. Click the cams name on the cam plus tab and set it to unassigned.

How do I clear the app cache?

The new V3 does not show up as attached to any service. Thoughts?

In the App click on Account then App Settings. You should be able to clear the App Cache.

Im having the same problem I have signed up for the CPL but it says no cameras can be assigned at the moment and i have no paid plans active? Only getting images for my events

The newer camera models such as the battery cam pro and v3 pro do not support cam plus lite.
