Upon loading the Wyze app today, two V3 cameras which worked perfectly since they were received a couple weeks ago displayed a blue or purple tint on the thumbnails. I determined the tint relates to the detection zones areas which were set weeks ago and not changed recently. I have rebooted the phone, rebooted the V3’s, turned Off the V3’s for a few minutes, verified current firmware, etc.
132007 is a ticket number I submitted with a log through the app. the problem arises approximately around sunrise and again at around sunset and is non-existent between roughly 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
I know my exact sunrise and sunset times and twilight times. I could track down the exact relationship between the blue overlay and the time of day except for the fact that the V3 is very slow to allow you to change the time when viewing playback.
