Bolt keeps losing connection

I’m new here although I’ve had Wyze devices for years.

I installed the lock bolt last week and I keep losing connection. I have to keep removing a battery and reinstalling to get my connection back. I also have the Doorbell Pro. Am I doing something wrong?

Can you clarify? What do you mean it keeps losing connection? In general, it stays in a suspended status with a low energy Bluetooth broadcast until it needs to be used for something. Then it wakes up and connects to the device that initiated contact (phone, VDBPro, etc). But for the most part it won’t be connected to anything. It doesn’t have a constant internet connection or anything. Do you mean it is being deleted from the VDBPro as an accessory or something? Do you have to keep setting it up again?

It was my understanding that combined with the doorbell Pro I should be able to access the door bolt remotely from anywhere. That being said I also lose connection when I’m in the house and within Bluetooth range. I generally have to hit the button under the batteries and and remove a battery to reconnect.
