When the Wyze app creates the mp4 file, the mp4 container is correct, but there’s something wrong with the encoding. I suspect it’s a bug in whatever they use to encode. There must be 2 different code plug-ins used because a standard Event file displays correctly, but a manually recorded video does not. How did you capture the file you are uploading?
