Blue picture

My relatively new Wyze V2.0 has a very blue picture. I toggled the IR on and off a couple times. Rebooted. This happened a few weeks ago and after an IR toggle and reboot it was fine. I’m on 4.9.3.64 firmware.

Any ideas?

If that doesn’t solve it, keep in mind that this is primarily a user-to-user forum. If you don’t get help here from the community, file a support ticket, preferably from within the app while the bad camera is selected. That will ensure that the logs are captured. You might want to submit the ticket right away because there’s somewhat of a backlog. You can always let them know it’s already resolved when they contact you.

I’ll try the factory reset. Are you suggesting reflashing the firmware? Thanks for the advice.

If the factory reset doesn’t fix it, then you could try a firmware flash, or you could just contact support. You should probably start a support ticket anyway to get in the queue.
