Wow, excellent capture of the female and clearer video than mine. I need to try my v3 cam next time to see if it works better. My biggest setback is my router is about 45 feet away from my bird feeder.

Thanks, the cam did all the hard work. Not even bird seed involved, she was just thirsty! Sorry for the momentary audio dropout every 3 seconds or so. My outdoor cam has always done that and I didn’t feel like sending it back for a replacement.

I want to put out another birdbath near my feeder. My other one had a big crack in so got rid of it. Birds got to have water. BTW, super nice fish pond you got there too.

Certainly not your fault. That’s an odd behavior cutting in and out like that but still a great video.

Regarding the koi pond … yeah, these guys (and gal) are the sole survivors after years of their smaller buddies being carried off by herons! Whale (orange & white) is 15 years old, Goldie is 14, and Flikr is about 12. Unless a raccoon shows up (again) and they get too close to the edge, I think they’re safe now because of their size. Speaking of raccoons, take a look at this hungry guy who showed up near the pond last December to feast on bird seed!

Goodness by the looks of this big fellow he has been eating well. Probably cleaned out every bird feeder in the neighborhood. :rofl:

I have to bring my bird feeder in every night because the coons will climb the tree, hang upside down, and empty the feeder. The sneaky rascal broke two of my feeders last summer. :exploding_head:
