Ordered the Black Friday deals (Cam OG) and waiting it for weeks. Finally got an email just said can’t fulfill the order and got a refund. No apologies or anything. Very disappointed as a long term customer.

I had someone else report this on Discord a while back too.
I can understand if something goes wrong with their inventory or their fulfillment partners making a mistake or something, but IMO if they sold it at that price, everyone who got a confirmed order should at minimum be given a “rain check” for when the next stock comes in, even if it’s a limited time offer. I think a better option would be to send an email giving people an option…let them know they had a glitch that miscalculated the inventory and they will let the customer choose whether they want to just leave it on backorder or else get a refund instead. That would be the “being friends with users” way to do things.
