Hi all, I’ve noticed that on the my.wyze.com web site where you can view cameras on any computer, when you view a single camera full screen, there is a black bar blocking the bottom of the screen, basically the logo and time area. Any ideas on why this is there other than a possible bug that Wyze should fix?
I had a bigger black bar covering most of my image on the camera. Fixed it by opening it up and pushing a black tray that is under the camera fully back in. It had come loose after the camera fell a few times onto the floor.
