After installing the newest version of the Beta testing WYZE app, I lost all playback of Notification videos. I hear sound, but have no video. I DO have thumbnails of each notification, but no videos play while the playhead advances along the 12-15 seconds.
I have iOS 12.0.1 on my iphone. The WYZE app version is 1.5.65.
You should report this on the beta group on Facebook.
Would that be the WyzeCam Core Users Facebook group, or is there a separate group for beta testers?
That’s a good question. I thought there was a Wyze beta software group, but all I can find is the old hardware beta group. So I’d post something in the Core Users group and go from there.
