BETA program… feedback

  • Beta software was updated to Production version 3.4.0 (b640) on Android yesterday. I assume Apple did the same. There was an email, and a post in the forum. It was bit of a major announcement from them. I suppose you missed it.
  • There are notifications of new Beta Releases. They post a note in the forum. If you don’t see that note, you will figure it out the next time you update your applications.

Can you provide the following:

  1. The App Version you are actually using
  2. Which Device are you using? Need to know which Firmware you recently received.

Beta Testing is handled in the Beta Forum location as indicated by @Earl.Automation Beta - Wyze Forum. You would go there and find the FW or app you are testing and provide feedback there.

I can consider moving the information provided, but I don’t see any information on what the UI bug is, if a Log was submitted, etc. In addition, you mention New Firmware but have not provided the FW Version or even the issue you are experiencing.

For updates, you will be notified via email if you selected the correct options in the Beta location as well as the Wyze News location. To do this, you can go to the topic and tap on the bell:
