I have seen posts as far back as several years ago stating that the feature allowing sd recording longer than 12 seconds was going to be available. But still can’t do it.

I don’t have a BCP but wouldn’t continuous recording kill the battery pretty quickly? The battery cams have to sacrifice stuff to be able to run on battery for a reasonable amount of time.
I know some of the doorbells let you do more stuff when they are plugged into power. Not sure if having a solar panel or other power source might let the BCP do continuous recording or other things.
The option would be to record an event to the ssd for 1 minute. Twelve seconds is ridiculous.
