my handheld vacuum stopped holding a charge. Support tells me “too bad…it’s more than a year”. So i spent $70 on a now useless paperweight. Wyze does not stand behind their tech. So i will now have to replace my 6 cameras with products from Ring.
What do you mean by stopped holding a charge. How long does it last?
It’s completely normal for LIPO batteries to loose their capacity over time, that’s just what batteries do.
