App keeps closing, camera keeps authenticating, all day…

Have you checked your wifi to see if it is working properly? How long has it been doing this? Just today?

Try uninstalling the Wyze app and then reinstall. Make sure your WiFi is connected. Did you have the camera setup and working properly before this issue started.

I have the same wifi…as in the beginning…I even disconnect my roku sticks to see if too much on wifi…but everything basically the same since getting my cameras…I’m in process of checking some things out …will let you know results.

Yes they worked well have had a few problems they sent some new cameras, I think there are just some bugs that’s gotta be worked out…thank you for responding.
