My phone has been autolocking even when I have the Wyze camera stream up. I’ve had the camera for several months and this is the first time its done this. I used to be able to have the video stream up for hours without the phone locking. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I suspect the new iOS update is the culprit. Are there any fixes?
Did you ever get this resolved? I am having the same issue.

I am also having this exact same issue. I use the Wyze Cameras for my baby monitors. Never had an issue until a couple weeks ago. Was it in a Wyze app update?
I have this same issue. Does anyone know how to fix this?
This happened back in 2021 from an update most likely. So you will need to use the Guided Access function to prevent the screen lock.
- Go to Settings
- Click Accessibility
- Click Guided access at the bottom
- Turn on guided Access
- Select Accessibility Shortcut
- Delay Auto Screen Lock needs to be set to never
- Open Wyze app and click on the camera
- Triple click the home button for iPads or the side button for iPhone.
- Click start and set a passcode (enter code twice)
Your device won’t lock once you do this. I keep my iPad on so that I can view my camera and if anyone in the house tries to use the device they won’t be able to unless they know the password.
