Updated app on my Android device without issues.
Still no 1x1 widget
My V2 cams are stretched vertically in the viewport on iPadOS when in landscape orientation still.
After this update I no longer receive notification sounds. I get a status bar notification, but no sound. This is on Android 16. I am now receiving notification sounds. Not sure what changed.
I’m also not seeing this, which was reported during the public beta release, so I’m not sure why this was allowed to graduate to production:
This is Wyze Android app 3.13.0.784 on a Google Pixel 6 running Android 16 after the usual in-place update and a phone reboot. I have not tried to uninstall and re-install the app.
Have you tried a fresh installation of the app? Sometimes that can fix issues (including notification sound problems) that result from in-place updates. See Sound notifications sporatic for window cams - #2 by Crease and Wyze app 3.7.5 Beta Test 8/27/2025 - #3 by Crease for additional detail.

Even after uninstall, reboot, re-install, reboot, I’m still not seeing a 1 × 1 widget option.
This update finally fixed the 4x video speed freezing bug.
No 1x1 widget for me either with my Samsung Galaxy S23 fully patched on Android 16.
Video freezes when adjusts the slider (seek backward/foreward) or zoom in (double tap on video) while playing a recorded event. This on iPhone.
I’m having the same issue. When I go to view cameras it says the devices have been turned off. I’ve done no such thing so this has to be something the app is going on its own
I don’t understand why they didn’t realize this before releasing this version.
If you have access to beta apk, just install this one to solve this issue.

Another good reason why I have automatic app updates turned off on my iOS devices along with automatic firmware updates for my WYZE cams.

After update it’s telling me I need to sign up for a new Cam Unlimited plan??
Where does it state that? I have not updated the app yet, still waiting for the bugs to get fixed as usual.
I’ve had these Wyze cams since they had the free versions. I’ve been paying the $9.99 a month for Cam Unlimited for at least a couple years. After the update now it shows I don’t have any plan and when you click on your account it shows restore full protection for 12.99 a month! And beside each camera in your main view it shows the little symbol saying add cloud protection. So it seems like they canceled everybody’s 9.99 plan and are forcing them to sign up for the 12.99 plan. So where are all my videos on the cloud now? There was no notification given.
In case you have not seen this thread yet, it may be a better place to discuss Wyze subscription price increases.
