I have Cam Plus Unlimited, and I have the Wyze app on both an Android phone and an Android tablet.
I usually disable notifications for most of my cameras via Account >> Notifications >> Push Notifications.
During the past couple of weeks, the notifications keep turning themselves on after I have turned them off. This is happening on both Android devices.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Any fix?
Phone:
- Samsung Galaxy S23+ (SM-S916U)
- App version 3.1.0.564
Tablet:
- Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 (SM-X200)
- App version 3.1.0.564
I am not experiencing this issue.
Can you please post the App Version you are using and provide Log File for the Wyze App located under Account > Wyze Support > Submit Log.
I will see if I can get some eyes on this for you.
Also, would you be opposed to subscribing to the Beta App Release and testing on that? I am using the Beta app and not seeing the issue. If you are interested, you can sign-up here: Become a Beta Tester
Then install the Beta app by simply going to the App Store and searching for updates. Once done verifying, can you post the results here as well. If you wish to go back to the Prod release, you can simply opt out of the beta program.

Just thought of one other thing, Since you are using Android, can you do the following:
- go to the Account > App Settings and clear cache
- Logout of the App (Remember your password and 2A)
- Long Press the App Icon and choose App Info
- Clear Cache from there and do a Force Stop
- Restart your Phone
Then Logon and try again.
