Can you please post the App Version you are using and provide Log File for the Wyze App located under Account > Wyze Support > Submit Log.
I will see if I can get some eyes on this for you.
Also, would you be opposed to subscribing to the Beta App Release and testing on that? I am using the Beta app and not seeing the issue. If you are interested, you can sign-up here: Become a Beta Tester
Then install the Beta app by simply going to the App Store and searching for updates. Once done verifying, can you post the results here as well. If you wish to go back to the Prod release, you can simply opt out of the beta program.
