3 months after the warranty expired, the app quit seeing the floodlight sensitivity settings and the lights would constantly flicker on and off throughout the night. Wyze basically said too bad, wait for a firmware update, that might never happen.
Same here. Floodlights are not showing up in the app. Contacted Wyze. They suggested resetting the floodlight and camera to factory defaults and power cycle. That didn’t work.
Anybody here know how to fix the issue of floodlights not showing in the app?
I have talked to Wyze multiple times about the issue and even requested a new floodlight. They offered me $20, which does not fix the problem and I did not accept. They also said that I would need to wait for a firmware update to fix … but with no indication of timing.
