It is impossible to download any clips, as soon as I click on the download button the app crashes. Every single time, every single day, for every single camera (I have 6 of them, 3 outdoor and 3 v3). What’s up with this?
Sign out of app and then back in and see if it works
Can you provide additional information:
- Looks like you are using an Android Device, can you provide which OS you are using?
- What is the Wyze App Version being used?
- What is the firmware version of the v3 camera you are having issues with?
I use Android OS 12 on a Pixel 6 and a Pixel 5. I am running Wyze Beta App 2.28.0 (b100). v3 Firmware version 126.96.36.199. I am not experiencing the same issue you are.
Besides the above, you may want to try deleting and reinstalling your app.
