App and cameras not working. Outage?

Sun Spots :sun_with_face:

Lol, or some spots!

Same—app is totally down and I need to turn on my lights and I’m disabled! Let alone be able to use security cameras and other accessibility needs I use Wyze for

The Wyze beta app isn’t being affected by this outage for some odd reason thankfully. I can still access all my cameras. It’s just the production app that’s dead.

I think we’re all beta testers

Now I can’t log on to the app - but I can log on to the forum (obviously)

Looks that way.

This is the downside to internet based wireless automation, it’s just not reliable enough. Wyze has the worst reliability and software.

Back in service now. A relief as it’s just about time for me to head out the door for a long weekend.

See y’all during the next outage

What we will hear is ,it was just a glitch or the circuit breaker just trip and we’re recovering. Nothing new jus a normal day with Wyze

It ain’t all the way back up yet. Events not loading on events screen. Android app crashing/stopping. Had to log back in twice. All this after others say it’s working upthread. We’ll see what happens.

4 cameras now back on but the 5th camera not showing on app .

First thing that shows up on down detector

Same here. The app login keeps telling me that I have 2FA (which I never set up) and that they are sending me an email with a code. The email never comes. So I can’t even log in via the app at all. I was able to log in via my desktop browser, but none of my cams will load.

Tried messaging via FB and got a message telling me that customer service is closed. This is such an unreliable company.
