I hear you! I’ve been more than frustrated with Wyze over their software and reliability issues. But instead of focusing on fixing it they release new products, which will also have issues.
Everytime I call the support line (my 2fa authorization isn’t sending the email.) the AI agent tried to transfer me to a human and the call disconnects. ARG

SAAME!!! SO AGGRAVATING! Need to shutdown the dumb AI and get real people working in this forum
