App now says Never Wonder

When I hit continue it states Wyze wants me to login on Wyze.com so the app and website can share information about me.

What is this all about?

Before the outage my OG cams did fine in tinycam pro. Now I am seeing no video feed, seeing “Fatal Error: AT_ACCESS_ID_NULL” which I gather is it’s still not allowing OG cam to sign in properly. I am only seeing this with OG cams and definitely was not an issue previous to this outage.

Searching this error code, I see a description: The “Fatal Error: AT_ACCESS_ID_NULL” typically indicates that the program is trying to access a resource or object that hasn’t been properly initialized or is set to null. To resolve this, check your code for any uninitialized variables or objects that may be causing the error.

I really don’t like it when the Wyze Team says they appreciate our patience during issues like this. I don’t know of anyone who has patience when all their Wyze products stop working due to an outage! I certainly have zero patience when I can’t turn my Wyze bulbs on. Good thing I have only installed a couple of them. There is no point to investing in the Wyze Eco system if it constantly goes down.

iOS 26.1 on iPhone 11 Pro. Wyze app version 3.8.5.11

It’s 5:49PM Pacific US time and I’m still unable to login. I CAN login via Firefox on my Windows PC though.

EDIT - FIXED
Had to “Turn off content blockers” on the login page for my browser. Then the page loaded fine and I was able enter my MFA authenticator code. I’m back in!

Feed is back up now, thank you!

I think I’m pretty patient with outages most of the time.

But then, I once lived in Haiti and we frequently had multiple power outages a day everywhere. Sometimes for hours, sometimes for days. Some areas averaged 2hrs of power per day if we were lucky.

So maybe I’m used to being patient when “outage” events come up, but especially since they are usually pretty short duration and relatively infrequent. Plus, I was actually present in person with Wyze employees during an outage once and I saw how instantly everyone went directly to handling business to work on it. It was impressive A+ behavior that I witnessed in person. Now I never have any doubt about what’s going on behind the scenes during an outage. They are definitely pretty organized and quick to work on whatever they can. Granted, often there isn’t a lot they can do when it’s a 3rd party issue like AWS being down, but they still rally pretty impressively to run through checking things and routines to see what mitigations can be implemented.

I recall that outage pretty clearly.

Mine is still down. Guess I’m contacting support tomorrow………….

would this be causing lights to malfunction? I just had to kill the breaker to my garage because it’s turning on and off, the settings to control it have been removed in the app and it’s prompting me to buy buy buy

As @carverofchoice pointed out, have you considered that this might be out of Wyze’s control? Outages happen all the time in all walks of life. Little patience goes a long way.

It logged out my wife, and now the 2fa emails are not sending, we’ve tryied resending the code like 20 times… and we can’t login to her account to disable the 2fa or change it! Help!?
