Android Wyze App

Has anyone ever had this problem:

Android 14

After creating a new password i can access the account on windows 11

Can’t access the android app on my phone. Get the page "Login Successful

Redirecting you home" and stalls out and will not go any further. So i cant use my
android app to see my cameras.

Works fine on our Galaxy tablet, just not the phone.
I have tried all solutions and still no luck. Only difference i see is the tablet doesn’t have the last update of wyze app. Seems like the Customer Tech service doesn’t care. I wish they would find a solution on this. They owe it to their customers. We shouldn’t have to do all of these run arounds, but thank you for your time.

Ok, i finally fixed it. On my Samsung Galaxy Phone
Android 14, i went to apps, then default apps for browser. Changed it to firefox browser and works just fine. Thanks…

Yes, I think that’s the kind of issue I’ve seen described before, and I suspect it has to do with the hand-off from the browser (where you’re actually logging into your Wyze account after hitting the Get Started button on the app’s welcome screen) back to the app after authentication is complete. You might want/need to change a browser setting and/or your default browser on your Android device.
