Android Beta 2.0.3 Unable to SCAN QR codes

Android Beta App 2.0.3 with new UI
Click to add Camera
Put in wifi password
Goes to Scan QR Code after making the camera say ready for setup. But it never turns on the camera. Can’t scan if it doesn’t turn on the camera.
Went to app permissions. Only had permission for storage not camera. added permission for camera. Went back to app still doesn’t turn on the camera to scan the QR Code.

If I’m understanding you correctly, it sounds like you are expecting the phone’s camera to turn on to scan a QR code. Actually, the phone’s camera does not turn on. Rather, the WyzeCam reads the QR code that should be being displayed on your phone’s screen.

After entering your wifi password, tapping the Next button should result in a QR code displayed on your phone which you then hold up in front of the Wyze Cam.
