Alexa won;t turn on A/C on Thermostat

We have a Wyze Thermostat and it worked great with Alexa for heating but we can not get Alexa to turn on A/C we have to do it by hand

Alexa turn on cool

Try "Alexa, set Thermostat Name to cool.
