I do not believe a wise bridge will turn on the TP-link light switch On its own. Maybe you could do something through Alexa or smart things etc. but not on its own.

When doing a cross like this you need a hub to do the handshake.
I will use Alexa skill to this I hope. I install TP-link switches this summer at a cabin for a friend. I just told her to buy a cam with bridge so I can setup her cabin. She really use the tp switch and Honeywell WiFi thermostat.

When added sensor it some up on top. Ask Wyze about it and in app it sort product. Hit the the 3 bar to move. Make sure you hit done.

I was so happy when Amazon Alexa came out with push notifications a couple years ago. I immediately ordered some Z-wave sensors for my doors and put them in Smartthings. I could not get them to work with Alexa, and spent several hours trying to find out why. The solution ended up being simple. In the Alexa app, you have to disable the smartthings skill, then re-enable it after you’ve installed the sensors. Then run discovery on Alexa.
Fixed…! I like to be notified of doors opening, the mail’s here, etc.

I have one motion sensor on my front porch for my dog. From 5:30 PM to 6:30 AM it activates 2 wyze bulbs when it detects motion when it clears they go off. So I know she’s back and wants to come in and it’s bedtime.

I use the same motion detector from 6:31 AM to 5:29 PM in an Alexa routine that says “Maizy wants in” Which means my dog is back from doing her business and wants in the house and this stops her from jumping on the door because I don’t know she’s out there.

For testing I set Wyze motion to say for the cat. Mr T wants back in the house.
I did the Bridge/sensor test this house need 2 bridges. But one smart hub for the hole house.

I going to try the gate sensor trick that use a hinge for garage door.

The $140 Alexa is ZigBee.

What smart hub are you using

I have nothing yet right. Someone gave mine dad a TP-link plug and that when I started with Alexa. Because of the Wyze cam bridge I am here.
I just think what a setup would look like at mine house. Valve shut off to control a RadioShack house alarm that still works. When I do mine house I will do mine sister house.

But over all it come down is have it one screen.
I remember when X10 came out in the 70’s
