I have alerts for the past 12 hrs. When I try to view, all I get is a message that the video is not in the cloud yet and to try later. Anyone else have this problem ir is there a problem with AWS Cloud Services?
Yes I am having the same problem. Ever since the last Beta Android App update very little is working anymore. the app closes inadvertently, the cam pan roams on it’s own and cameras are listed as offline(although they are not.). Now we can’t reach phone support.
Were you able to reach any of our Wyze Wizards (support) today?
I was able to reach phone support. I had to install the non beta version of the app and now things are working.
