Air Purifier Nothing on Chart

Out of the blue (again), my Air Purifier that is 4 years old is showing no dots on the chart in the app. I had issues with a previous Air Purifier and Wyze replaced it under warranty. I’ve tried unplugging it and turning it on again but still no dots on the chart. Bad enough the display has a hot pixel on the middle horizontal digit, not this issue too. It’s properly connected to my WiFi and there is nothing wrong with my router and the Air Purifier is in the same room as the router. I’m about ready to toss this thing, then I won’t have to spend anymore money on buying their filters.

Please fix your software Wyze, seems like every product I’ve bought from you has software issues.
