Air Purifier No Dots on the Graph

Lately on the Insights page for my Air Purifier, the graph won’t have the hourly dots, and it seems to be happening very often. I end up having to turn off the Air Purifier and unplug it, wait around 30 seconds then plug it back in and turn it on. After around an hour dots start showing up on the graph again. This is getting so annoying! It’s not losing the WiFi connection, so it’s nothing on my end.
