Absolutely correct for a company that’s suppose to be so advance a simple software adjustment is taking much too long. Unbelievable.

I just got the home monitoring system but my biggest issue is that it only allows 1 pin. We would like to issue pins to the house cleaner, kids, house sitter, friends, but we also want to be able to either schedule (like pin 1234 can only access between 10am and 2pm) or at least have the ability to turn them off and on, so if I change house cleaners I don’t have to learn a new password for everyone.
Also, being able to share it in general is very important. If I’m at work or in a meeting and my wife is at home it would be nice for her to be able to access it. Like others have suggested with the other Wyze sharing, having an owner and a guest account to choose from would be nice.
I wouldn’t have gone with Wyze for the system at my new home if I had known I could have only one pin. This is a serious issue- how do I know who is coming in if anyone who needs access uses the same one??? I wish I hadn’t already installed everything before figuring this out.
Yes that not good. It seems that there is no one at Wyze with knowledge as to how to address that one pin issue. Maybe Wyze should research SimpliSafe, Ring, Vivint, and other companies to see how they did it.

Hi I use wzye home monitoring for my business and I have people opening and closing the business. This feature will be really usefull if they have their own PIN Code so we know who opens and closes. Right now I am using video to track. Please add this feature.
I ditched SimpliSafe for Wyze due to cost (and the better reliability of Wyze’s cameras), but the lack of multiple PINs is a blocker. This is an entry level feature offered by other alarm companies.
Please provide a timeline for adding this feature, or I’ll have to cancel my order.
I have this product installed for my business and its utmost importance. Having code for employees will help track who is opening and closing. I believe wyze lock keypad already have this feature and I’m puzzled why not just add to home security .
I believe they want to charge like for web video access .
Additional PIN’s are very important. Every security system should have the feature. Wyze please add this much-needed feature, otherwise, you will lose customers.
Please allow for multiple PINs for the home monitoring system. It’s helpful to be able to create different PINs for different guests, both so I know who unlocked the system and so that guest doesn’t have to remember a random number. It would also be great to be able to set temporary PINs for a pet sitter, etc. Thank you
The company that I work for have 8 building in the same location, we have multiple users per building. We need the give each individual an specific password for the security system. But The WYZE SENSE KEYPAD Only take one pin for keypad, WHY? How can I add more password to the key pad? We are investing a lot of money on this system. I’m so disappointed! I’m big fan of Wyze products, my house it’s full of you guys products. Please help me out.
It’s been over a year since I purchased the security system and paid for a year of service. I put this one pin issue out there then and still
Nothing has happens. I continue to pay 25 a month on 3 properties with simplisafe I would totally swap to Wyze. I use 12 of their cameras. 3 vacuums and pretty much buy all their stuff
I have been with SimpliSafe for many years and am just now trying wyze. The ability to have multiple pins is a MUST!
This thread was first started over a year ago. And as of today multiple pins is still not a thing for Wyze.
As much as I love the wyze cams, if additional pins is not brought to fruition, I will not be with Wyze monitoring very long. One of those deal breakers for me.
I hope I did this correctly, I’ve never posted before.
I have been watching this plus the option for multiple locations, and not a word, not an answer, NOTHING. I guess they don’t read this, or cant, maybe we need a translator to another language?
Honestly I think they don’t care! They throw old products in the trash yearly, so if there is a fix bet your bottom dollar it will require a new purchase!
This is something we watch, sometimes we do not reply in here regularly. The best way to see if something changes is to watch the status. I can say this switched from the wishlist to the roadmap last august and was tagged ‘in-development’. That means it is something we saw as a want/need by the users and have started working on it. I do not have an ETA for this but it is in development.
Are you the same Jason that cant figure out how to fix the alarm going off and calling dispatch seconds after it is disarmed? BTW That issue still isn’t fixed either!
I am sorry but I have little faith in Wyze anymore, I use it as a door chime, its been in test for 4 months since they cant fix that either!
How is multiple pins not a basic function of an alarm system by todays standards? Every alarm system I’ve come across has multiple pin options. Cov*, SimplSafe, Rin, AD*, Vivin* every single alarm system has multiple pin options. But not Wyze? Come on devs get with the modern age. I mean even 25 years ago when I was a kid my alarm system had multiple pin options.
