How do I add a user to be able to see video recorded on an SD card in the camera

You can’t, only the main account has access to that, so you’d need to let them use the main login.

So we have multiple camera’s set up at our house. My wife and I both have the app and I shared the camera with her. The problem we run into is that I want to give her full access to control settings also, but there is no permissions list for users who have access to the camera. Every time one person wants to change the settings, increase sensitivity, turn off notifications etc, you have to call/text the other person to change the settings. I dig. I’m just trying to be optimistic and point a new user to a place with more information. It’s a lot to read in that one, though, and I also value the brevity of your direct response.
