Add the "All Motion Events" button in "Event Recording" to eliminate non-Smart Detections for the OG cameras

The problem with the use of OG Telephoto outside is the motions of shadows, leaves and other non smart selected motions are recorded and show up in the events.

V3 Cams and V3 Pro Cams have this button (All Motion Events) to eliminate this problem by choosing only smart detections to record. Why not do it for the OG?
