Purchased a bundle from their website consisting of doorbell camera, sense hub, entry sensors and annual home monitoring plan. After installing everything and setting up the app, all I see is 15 days trial of monitoring and annual plan is not active. I have tried everything and there is no way to contact customer service because you stay on wait for hours and no one speaks to you. I also need a certificate of monitoring for insurance and there is no way to get that
Here is a thread discussion on contacting Wyze.

I also don’t like the wait. Have you tried creating a ticket and handling it via e-mail? This is what I’d do:
- Open the main Support site.
- In the “AI-powered search” box in the center of the page, enter
create ticket. - You may have to enter
create ticketa second time, but the bot should eventually present you with a minimal form where you can enter your name and e-mail address and also briefly describe your problem (they give only one line for the problem). - After you submit that, another robot will contact you via e-mail. When you receive this message from “Wyze-E”, you can describe your problem in more detail in an e-mail reply.
- Once you’ve responded to Wyze-E (because the robot is unlikely to actually solve your problem), you should begin receiving responses from a human agent.
That’s the path I typically take with issues because it allows me to provide detail about my problem and to respond in my own time without unnecessarily waiting on hold.
nothing happens after entering “create ticket”. I tried that at least 5 times. No change in the page and not option presented
Are you getting responses from the virtual assistant at all? I’ve tried it several times today in different browsers and have (eventually) been able to get to the form each time, but usually I have to enter create ticket more than once in the chat. Just a moment ago, I had to do it three times.
It’s a frustrating tool, and I’m not a big fan. Wyze used to have a single-page ticket creation form on their site, but they apparently discontinued that last year, I think in an effort to shift a good deal of support to automated tools and require less human intervention, but it’s still possible to get to a human with persistence.
