I think when you see multiples following each other, that is usually StarLink satellites,

I posted a video on here recently where I was lucky enough to capture Starlink satellites, very cool, but I also have quite a few captures of 2 or 3 satellites all traveling in different directions.

If you go to the ISS website, you can actually register to have emails sent to you when they fly over your location. I’ve done several long exposure photographs including the ISS and it’s always nice to know because they send you what direction its path is and time in view etc.
