Recently all my cameras V3, V2 the recording playbacks freeze when I click 4X speed. I’ve tried closing the app and clearing the cache but the issue remains. All my cameras have the latest firmware updates and the app is on 3.11.6 (1). It hasn’t had this issue in a long time. I’m using an iPhone 17 Pro Max with iOS 26.4.1.
I thought the latest update fixed this issue but not entirely. What happens now is if I click the 4x speed first it freezes. I only can get it to work if I hit the 1x or 2x first let it play for a second then click 4x. This never was an issue a few years ago!
