3005 Error, I have two new Wyze v4 cameras setup. I connects for awhile then disconnects and give this error, I upgraded the firmware. Have rebooted both my Android phone and camera. Running Android 12. Everything on my network is stable, the camera is 5ft from my gateway. The web camera works fine, just the Galaxy A12 phone does it. No other phones to test with.
Following - have been having this happen on multiple cameras v2, v3, v4 , Doorbell and Outdoor v1 all at the same time and take forever to load and while this was a huge problem for Wyze in the early days they were able to catch up. Now have been seeing this again where the cameras choke and keep saying offline and showing this same error code. This happens regardless whether using the app or web. Have a Samsung S24 Ultra on Android 16. Nothing else smart-wise has a problem, just the cameras.
I am having the same issue. Very frustrating as I chose these cameras to replace another brand that worked flawlessly on same network. I have wyze camera elsewhere in house and exterior.
Dedicated 2.4Ghz used only for cameras. Camera within 20 feet of very strong connection. Frame house, no brick. App and firmware updated as suggested. App will show battery strength, camera will sense movement and capture but will not connect and load when simply wanting to check in.
