Receiving error code 20004

After a 12 hour Internet disconnect the doorbell and camera will not connect to the app. I have reset the door chime, camera and router with no success in re connecting.

What you’re describing seems like it might be more of a device problem than an app problem. What specific video doorbell model are you using? If you can share firmware and app versions, then that might also be helpful in recruiting troubleshooting assistance from the community.

Do you use other Wyze Cams? If so, then are they demonstrating the same connection misbehavior?

What did Support say when you contacted them?
