I just got a couple of the Wyze Smart Plugs and I’m pretty happy with them so far…
I’d love to have one for my pool pump! It needs to be Heavy Duty though, preferably 20 Amp. I’m sure the 15 amp unit would be fried before the end of the season.
Also, if it could have Energy Monitoring that would be great!
I could see if the unit is working too hard… For example, if you’re on vacation and the basket strainer gets clogged with leaves I would see the unusual increase in power usage and I could turn it off.
Please vote for this one… Even if you don’t need it now… you or someone you know may need it in the future
