12s event preview won't load anymore

Is their cloud service down? The events are captured, I get notifications, but no way to load them. Cam live feed and play back from SD card seem to work fine. Same thing on 3 separate cams.

V3 cams with Camplus Lite. App and cam are on latest firmware, iOS also up to date.

Just re-installed all 3 of them this morning. Tried the restart from withing the app, no luck. I’m not doing a factory reset on them, I’m about done wasting time on this crap.

No luck with clearing the app cache, signing out and back into the app. Tried removing the cameras from the camlite subscription but haven’t had any luck with that. Won’t let you do it on the app, or when logged in into a browser.
