12 second show

Where did the 12 second show go?? Update software just has still when looking at events. Yesterday I could watch 12seconds.

Have you subscribed to Cam Plus Lite?
In order to keep getting 12-second clips in the cloud, you will need to subscribe at whatever cost you want including $0.

I just bought this V4. NO 12 second show unless you subscribe. I am not happy with the company turning this off for this unit. The older ones still work.

Another way to make money. You must Subscribe to get 12 second show.

I would not recommend buying this unit because of this.

They changed it long before the v4. The v3 was the last model supporting the free Cam Plus Lite. Anything released after that (approx Jan 2022) does not support it.

I’d much rather have an SD card with continuous recording anyway.

Also, around Spring of 2024 Wyze discontinued new signups for Cam Plus Lite service. If you have an existing Cam Plus Lite account you are grandfathered in for now to still use Wyze cameras released before January 2022.
